Busy yet Lost.

It's only been 4 days yet it feels like I've been doing this for months now.  I started the clinical rotation with so much vigour but now i muster strength daily to go on, i really underestimated the psychological effect it'd have on me. I see patients and all i see is death,maybe not that moment but soon. Soon because the system would kill them faster than their disease.  When did things deteriorate to this level? we lost a patient too and everyone moved on like nothing happened, the body was left unattended to, no regard even in death! Shame on those that frustrate the system and make it not work!
